Each 60-second deployment window ends with one winning block. Winners share rewards in the assets deployed that epoch, while ELO is emitted and claimed on Robinhood Chain.
Robinhood holds the canonical round, weights, winner draw, ETH rewards, and ELO accounting. Confirmed HYPE deployments are priced with guarded HyperCore oracle data and committed to Robinhood before settlement; HYPE payouts remain in the HyperEVM vault. Randomness comes from the public drand evmnet beacon and is verified on-chain. There is no second HyperEVM game and no asset bridge in the round's critical path.
